TCL’s range of high-quality promotional films is used by many clients to maximise brand awareness and increase sales. High quality, scratch resistant metallised films are used for many food and non-food products including perfumes, party products and balloons. These films can be used for both food and non-food products.

TCL has much experience in both films for promotional products and adding special offer flashes in complicated multiples – helping to sell more product. Our promotional films are currently used on many well-known food and non-food brands and the flexibility of production helps minimise stock write offs.

Our Products

Environmentally Friendly

TCL’s EarthFilm® is compostable and recommended for lidding, form fill and seal applications and also pre-made pouches. We also offer LLDPE which is recyclable and classified as such by OPRL.

Extended Shelf-Life

Our extended shelf-life films increase the shelf-life of salads, herbs, fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce. Micro-perforation, hole punches and anti-mist treatments can all be included in the specification requirements.

Lidding Film

TCL offers a wide range of lidding films for use with most APET, PP or PE lined trays and thermoform base webs.

Ovenable

Our ovenable packaging is suitable for ultra-high cooking temperatures for many food types cooked in either conventional or microwave ovens. Our high-definition printed films are certified by Smithers Pira.

Resealable

Options include peel and reseal lidding, pre-made bags and pouches with grip seals and resealable labels. Materials can be laser scribed to provide numerous shapes and complex patterns.

Barrier

Our range of high-performance and unique laminate films have specific barrier properties and control the gas and transmission rates of specific food applications.

Promotional

TCL provides promotional films for food products and non-food use, samples and merchandise. Our range includes metallised films for perfumes, party products and balloons.

Laminates

TCL’s laminate films can be supplied in up to five layers in OPP, LDPE, PET, paper and foils. Various finishes are available including tactile varnishes to create a premium feel.

Non-Food

TCL provides many printed and metallised films for non-food use such as DIY, spare parts, computer consumables and gardening products. Film structures vary from simple mono through to complex laminate and metallised films.

Pet Food

TCL is chosen by many well respected pet food brands to supply them with their packaging. Film is printed in high-definition and supplied on-reel and as pre-made bags and pouches.

Bags & Pouches

Our printed pre-made bags and pouches are available in several formats including Doy, K-Seal and Quad seal. We offer several opening and closing options and features such as Euro Slots, handles and compartmentalisation can further enhance your design.

Plain Films

Plain films can be supplied in a variety of materials, thicknesses and sizes. They can be hole-punched, micro-perforated and treated for specific applications such as plain films for fresh produce and lidding for ready meals and other prepared food.
