The TCL Packaging Quality Training Portal (or QTP for short) is a library of bite-sized training videos covering various subjects, from quality inspections to administrative processes, in much the same style as a YouTube video. This method of training is very current and allows employees to ‘dip in’ at an appropriate time during their workday rather than having to sit in a training session.
Each video is created in-house by employees Jason and Sean, tailored to TCL processes, and, therefore, very relatable to the viewer. TCL has invested in video editing software and equipment to give it an extremely professional and slick look.
