The final PV solar panels are now in place, have been connected to four SolarEdge inverters, and the system is generating – just in time for a few days of sunshine.
Credit to Mypower for delivering the project exactly on schedule. In any operational environment, hitting deadlines matters â and they did.
We now have access to a cloud-based monitoring portal, allowing us to track generation in real time. Itâs fascinating to see production data live, and I suspect weâll be checking it rather frequently over the coming weeks (particularly when the sun makes an appearance).
The real test, of course, will be the impact on our electricity costs over the months ahead â and weâll be watching that closely.
